Community Pledge
The Community Pledge is designed to strengthen our market ecosystem by encouraging meaningful promotion, collaboration, and feedback. By opting into the Community Pledge, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Participation & Credit
Vendors pay the full stand fee at the time of booking. Upon successful completion of the Community Pledge requirements and the claim form being completed, a credit will be issued towards the next NJFV market. To be eligible for the Community Pledge credit, the stand fee must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. This ensures vendors have enough time to complete the pledge properly and help build awareness and turnout for the whole market community.
2. Participation Requirements
To qualify for the credit, vendors must complete all of the following actions:
a. Grid Post
At least one grid post promoting the market before the event.
You may use the provided artwork or your own approved creative.
Must tag @notjustforvegansmarket and the venue.
b. Pre-Event Instagram Stories
A minimum of three stories posted on separate days in the time leading up to the market. Stories spaced over 1–2 weeks before the event (not just the final 3 days) and must reference the upcoming event and tag @notjustforvegansmarket and the venue.
c. Event Day Post
A post within the first two hours of the market opening showing your stand (with you in it if possible).
Must tag @notjustforvegansmarket and the venue.
d. Community Shout-Out
During the event, share at least one post or story showcasing another vendor to reinforce community support.
e. Feedback Form
The official post-event Feedback Form must be completed.
This provides insight that helps us improve future events for all vendors.
3. Claiming the Credit
After the event, vendors must complete the Community Pledge Claim Form to confirm completion and claim their credit. Screenshots of posts are required.
The claim form must be submitted within 7 days of the market day.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
4. Verification & Eligibility
- NJFV may verify completion of pledge actions.
- Vendors who do not complete the pledge will not receive a credit.
5. Modifications
NJFV may update these terms at any time.
