Community Pledge Discount Code – Terms & Conditions
By redeeming the Community Pledge Discount Code, you agree to the following terms and conditions without exception. In addition to receiving a discount, your active participation is a key element in promoting a vibrant, collaborative, and successful market environment.

1. Promotional Requirements
a. Grid Post: You are required to post at least one grid image promoting the market. You may use the provided artwork or your own approved creative content. The post must be made before the event and must tag both @notjustforvegansmarket and the venue.
b. Pre-Event Instagram Stories: A minimum of three unique Instagram Stories must be shared during the week leading up to the event. These must be posted on separate days and clearly reference the upcoming market. All stories must tag @notjustforvegansmarket and the venue.
c. Event Day Post: On the day of the event, a post must be made within the first two hours of market start time. This should be a photo of your stand, preferably with you included, and must tag both @notjustforvegansmarket and the venue.
d. Community Shout-Out: During the event, share at least one post or story that showcases or celebrates another vendor. This reinforces the community spirit that the pledge is designed to uphold.

2. Feedback Requirement: As part of the community pledge, you must complete the post-event vendor feedback form. This short form takes approximately 2 minutes and provides invaluable insights that help us continue to improve future events.

3. Public and Authentic Promotion:
a. All posts and stories must be made using your public business or personal social media account.
b. Content must reflect genuine participation and community spirit. Posts that appear disingenuous or do not promote the event adequately may be subject to review.

4. Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement
a. NJFV reserves the right to verify compliance with all pledge obligations.
b. Non-compliance will result in the full vendor participation fee being applied and future access to the Community Pledge discount may be revoked.

5. Modifications and Termination
a. NJFV reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of any major changes.
b. Continued use of the Discount Code implies acceptance of any updated terms.

6. Liability and Acknowledgement
a. By using the Discount Code, vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless NJFV, its team, and partners against any claims arising from breach of these terms.
b. Your use of the Discount Code constitutes explicit acceptance and agreement to the above terms and conditions.
